After graduating from Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in 2009, Matilda Ruta has worked as a professional illustrator, author and artist. She has been commissioned by a wide range of print and design clients within the fields of public art, illustration, web design, magazine design, murals and more. Her books were nominated for the Elsa Beskow Plaque and the August Award in 2016.
